2021 AGM update

The 27th Annual General Meeting of Summerfruit New Zealand will be held on Wednesday, 9 June in Napier at the War Memorial Centre, 48 Marine Parade, Napier and online via Zoom. 

The AGM will start at 3.30pm and conclude at 5.00pm. More information on how the meeting will proceed on the day will be provided on registration.

Registering to attend the AGM

If you are attending the AGM either in person or via Zoom, please register by returning the RSVP form by 9.00am Friday, 4 June to admin@summerfruitnz.co.nz

 

Unable to attend the AGM

If you are unable to attend the meeting and wish to appoint a proxy, please return the Proxy form by 3.30pm Tuesday, 8 June to admin@summerfruitnz.co.nz

 

Voting entitlement process

To be eligible to vote at the AGM, Producer Members were requested to declare their planted hectares completely, correctly and by 22 March. Once all the declarations were received, they were checked and verified. A certificate indicating the number of votes the member has, was emailed to them on 12 May.
