HR South and Primary People are running leaderships workshops for the growers and farmers. Courses are free thanks to funding from the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) and will run in Southland and Mid-Canterbury, with the location to be confirmed to be close to the attendees (pending latest Covid advice).
The programme will give growers and farmers the tools to improve confidence leading staff, with support from an HR specialist. There is space for 20 businesses and the programme and is open to any horticulture businesses, or other primary sector businesses.
