The 28th Annual General Meeting of Summerfruit New Zealand will be held on at 1.00pm, Friday 5 August 2022.
This year’s AGM will be held online via Zoom but can also be attended in person in Wellington. Members were emailed advice on Friday 3 June on how to put forward nominations for a Producer Member position on the Board of Directors, and Resolutions for the AGM.
The Board has proposed a change to the Producer Member voting allocation process and is consulting on this change with Producer Members. Summerfruit NZ will hold two online consultation meetings for Producer Members to discuss this proposed change, as follows:
- 2pm, Wednesday 22 June 2022
- 2pm, Monday 27 June 2022.
The content of these meetings will be identical. If you are a Producer Member and wish to attend either meeting, please RSVP to admin@summerfruitnz.co.nz stating which meeting you will be attending, and we will provide you with the online meeting link.
