Session 1 will cover understory planting alternatives with Andre explaining the ‘what and why’ of their work at Amisfield Vineyard, with Jo Wakelin conducting a session on appropriate native plantings.
Session 2
Time: 2:30pm (approx.)
Location: 828 Luggate-Cromwell Road
Session 2 will be on bacteria and its control, based at CentralPac orchard and/or shed. Presentations on A Lighter Touch (ALT) work on other crops by Sally Anderson; Virginia Marroni with her in orchard work; Grant McKay (Horticentre) and Mark Cosgriff (FruitFed) will discuss observations of methods used locally.
