This year the 27th Annual General Meeting of Summerfruit New Zealand will be held on Wednesday, 9 June in Napier and online via Zoom. If you wish to vote at the AGM you need to declare your planted hectares completely, correctly and on time (22 March 2021), or you will not be eligible to vote.
Voting entitlement process
The first step in this process is compiling the Planted Hectares Declarations which determines each growers' voting entitlement at the AGM. Emails to all growers have been sent out to ascertain if their 2020 declaration remains the same or if there has been a change in planted hectares.
If there is no change in your planted area, simply click where indicated on your email to generate an automated response and follow the instructions.
If you have not previously made a declaration or your planted area (additional or reduced) has changed, please complete and return the declaration forms on the 2021 AGM page here.
Completed declaration confirmation emails and/or completed declaration forms must be emailed to admin@summerfruitnz.co.nz by 5pm, Monday 22 March 2021.
