For Summerfruit NZ to assist with the seasonal labour requirements over the next year, we need accurate data on its labour force that got us through this past season.
To get planning underway we need to fully understand your workplace statistics from this season. The information and data you provide will help us attract particular cohorts to the region throughout the coming year, create retention strategies and provide information on the pastoral care needs of employees. Please look out for this survey which will be sent late March.
We would also like to survey your employees to learn about working conditions, the staff cohort and if workers enjoyed their time. We would appreciate if you could send the survey out to your employee register. An email will be sent to you with a link to forward to your employees later this month.
