Elemental Potential is offering free online training to help provide skills employees need to be better communicators, and more confident leading people.
The training is for building capability of NZ businesses and citizens (also permanent residents) who may have worked their way up in a business, self-taught, experienced but no formal qualifications.
Training will likely start in early June and will all be done online. Attendees will get 12.5 weeks of free training at 2 separate hours online a week.
All of the sign up and enrolment is online too which consists of an enrolment form, providing ID and a short online assessment to see if they have any literacy needs they would need help with.
