Anna Clark, Summerfruit NZ’s administrator, is finishing in her role this Friday 11 February.
Summerfruit NZ is transitioning towards the use of Horticulture New Zealand (HortNZ) services for some functions, including administration and finance. This change supports the findings of the independent Summerfruit NZ industry review (2020), which found that some functional tasks could be delivered efficiently and effectively by combining resources with other product groups and HortNZ.
The good news is that we will still be working with Anna, as she has taken a fixed-term role at HortNZ and will continue to provide finance administration support to Summerfruit NZ during this transition phase.
We’d like to thank Anna very much for her important contribution to the summerfruit industry and look forward to continuing to work with her in her HortNZ role.
