If you wish to vote at the 2022 AGM you need to declare your planted hectares completely, correctly and on time, or you will not be eligible to vote.
Voting entitlement process
The first step in this process is compiling the Planted Hectares Declarations which determines each growers' voting entitlement at the AGM. Emails to all growers have been sent out to ascertain if their 2021 declaration remains the same or if there has been a change in planted hectares.
If there is no change in your planted area, simply click where indicated on your email to generate an automated response and follow the instructions.
If you have not previously made a declaration or your last declaration was prior to the 2020 AGM or your planted area (additional or reduced) has changed, please complete and return the declaration forms on the 2022 AGM page.
Completed declaration confirmation emails and/or completed declaration forms must be emailed to admin@summerfruitnz.co.nz by 5pm, Thursday 5 May 2022.
